Common questions

When is the HSPT in Cleveland?

Each school runs its own sittings from early October through November 2026, with a few evening and January dates. Saturday, November 7 is the busiest date, with Saint Ignatius, St. Edward, Holy Name, and Padua all testing that morning.

Do I have to take the HSPT at each Cleveland school I apply to?

It depends on the school. Padua accepts a score from another school; Holy Name requires testing on its campus for scholarship eligibility. Check each school's page.
