How to register
Online through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati registration site hosted by Scholastic Testing Service (STS). The portal opens August 1. Families choose up to three archdiocesan high schools to receive scores. Accommodation requests go to the testing school with documentation, generally due early November (McNicholas: November 7, 2026). source

How scores are used
Schools use results for admissions, course placement, academic scholarships, and honors-program selection (for example, Roger Bacon's Freshman Honors Program). All incoming freshmen applying to archdiocesan high schools are expected to take the test. source
Scholarships
Set by each school. Mount Notre Dame invites students at the 90th percentile or a CSQ of 125 or higher into its Billiart Scholar Program; Ursuline awards merit scholarships to applicants who test on the official date and apply by November 29, 2026; Elder requires scores be shared with Elder for scholarship and honors eligibility; Roger Bacon uses results for scholarships and honors placement. source
Score reporting
Results are emailed to the parent on the registration form after 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2027, and sent to the up to three schools selected; a fourth school can be added through the Catholic Schools Office. source
