How to register: No Dallas-area Catholic high school we checked uses the HSPT for 2027 entry. Jesuit Dallas, John Paul II (Plano), Bishop Lynch, Bishop Dunne, and Ursuline use the ISEE; Cistercian gives its own exam; Cristo Rey Dallas uses in-house admissions testing. On-campus ISEE dates: John Paul II on December 5 and 12, 2026 and January 9, 2027; Bishop Lynch on December 12, 2026 and January 9 and 23, 2027; Jesuit Dallas on January 9, 2027. Do Dallas Catholic high schools use the HSPT?

No. Every Dallas-area Catholic high school we checked uses the ISEE, including John Paul II in Plano, Jesuit Dallas, Bishop Lynch, Bishop Dunne, and Ursuline. Cistercian gives its own exam and Cristo Rey Dallas tests in-house. If you are applying in Dallas, prepare for the ISEE and register at iseetest.org.

When are the Dallas ISEE dates?

John Paul II gives the ISEE on campus December 5 and 12, 2026 and January 9, 2027. Bishop Lynch offers December 12, 2026 and January 9 and 23, 2027. Jesuit Dallas offers January 9, 2027. Most schools want scores by early February.
